The Inner Circle is for women business owners and managers looking to grow their leadership skills and business. We are a circle of women sharing practical tools for success and empowerment to reach our goals.
Data coaching starts with development of projections and business plans derived from your business’s own historical data. Each business has a story, and your data can tell the story like no other. We assemble key pieces of data into clearly defined performance metrics and indicators that provide a complete and transparent view of your business. The data coach then works with owners and managers on actions to improve these metrics appropriately in order to reach your goals.
Data Diving Groups are moderated groups of business owners and managers from the same industry who are similarly situated in size or business maturity. The groups meet virtually and in person to discuss business metrics, the implications of specific data points, levers that move performance and optional actions to improve the health of the businesses. She Leads Consulting provides a professional moderator to facilitate and guide the groups.
They focus on the process of collecting data points and developing Key Metrics from members to compare with other similar companies from the same industry. Data Diving Groups foster community and relationships between members while providing owners and managers with invaluable benchmarking information. Ultimately, the groups develop and share insights and knowledge that produces new opportunities for improved business performance and increased profits.
In-Depth coaching is one-on-one coaching between leaders and managers of businesses and a She Leads Coach. These sessions are geared towards positioning the participant to take on a greater leadership role in their company, prepare them for a career change, or propel their skills to new heights. She Leads Coaches provide training, leadership courses, and guided feedback to ensure the success of their participants.
